Information about the right of withdrawal & sample cancellation form
Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a transaction for a purpose which is not part of their commercial or independent professional activity:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the sender, has taken possession of the last goods.

Consequences of the resignation
In the event of your withdrawal, we will reimburse you for all payments you have received, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of the least expensive shipping method offered by us), immediately, but no later than 14 days after the date, We will be informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Send us the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components, as far as possible. If necessary, use an outer packaging to protect the packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, use appropriate packaging to protect the contents from damage during transit. Please note that the above general information is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
